A review of NHS reforms ordered by Prime Minister David Cameron is expected to call for controversial changes to the government's current plans.The NHS Future Forum has been talking to doctors and nurses about the reforms for the past two months.
The coalition had halted the progress of the Health and Social Care Bill whilst the review was done.
The coalition has been hugely divided over these reforms, with the Liberal Democrats worried whether there will be sufficient accountability, and expressing real concern that the new way of commissioning services may spell privitisation of the NHS by stealth.

David Cameron has already announced some big changes to their plans, including promising that hospital doctors and nurses will now be involved in buying services for patients, as well as GPs.
If the Prime Minister chooses to also take on board the proposals made by the Forum today, the Conservatives will have taken some big steps backwards from their original vision for the NHS.
